Specific Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and effectively repair electrical equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Assess and diagnose electrical system issues and plan the necessary repairs.

• Accurately determine the materials and amounts needed for both new and ongoing projects.

• Understand and respond to customer requests with precise work order details and cost estimates.

• Follow our tried-and-true processes and procedures to maintain quality service.

• Prioritize safety in all tasks for both yourself and our customers

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 1/2 years of residential experience is required; commercial experience is a bonus.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects when required.

• Skilled in using tablet-based technology for job management.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

• Approach work with a positive attitude.

• Able to collaborate with a team as well as handle tasks independently.

• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

• Strong interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone

• Good written and verbal communication skills
